These modeling hand tools, previously called “Boxwood” Tools, are sometimes referred to as thumb tools since the thumb is often used to hold the tool; they are specifically crafted to act as extensions of your own fingers and hands.
These wood tools are produced from Acacia wood, an extra hard durable wood impervious to moisture, thus being a superior choice for these tools essential for working in ceramics, pottery and water-based materials. Hand-polished with a natural finish.
The series includes 6 water-resistant tools, each with uniquely shaped ends including straight edged, bullnose, serrated skew, and half-round.
