Shipping
- Most catalog / online orders will be shipped by UPS ground.

Returns
- All returns must be made within 30 days .
- All book and video sales are final, no returns nor refunds.
- All returns are subject to material inspection and acceptance left to the discretion of Reynolds Advanced Materials, Phoenix.
- Customer is responsible for return shipping, unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
